Hermann Köppen

When Hermann Ernst Karl Franz Köppen was born on June 6, 1901, in Dargun, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany, his father, Ernst, was 28 and his mother, Ida, was 23. He had one brother and three sisters. Hermann and his sister, Hertha, immigrated to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA in 1923. He died on August 20, 1978, in Milwaukee, at the age of 77, and was buried there.
